Okuda San Miguel completely transformed the municipal tourism office in Laredo, Cantabria, as part of the municipality’s 109th Battle of the Flowers. The work was entitled “Temple of Flowers” and is a celebration of life, happiness, love and art. Okuda’s piece seeks to depict the link between the town and nature and evoke its commitment to tradition and popular culture.
