At the intersection of San Lázaro and Campanario de La Habana, Okuda San Miguel has created a two-fold work. Entitled “Dos Amaneceres” (“Two Dawns”), the intervention was part of the Behind the Wall project for the 13th Havana Biennial, and was made possible by the support of the organization Acción Cultural Española. It’s the first time Okuda has experimented with the duality between a sculpture and painting on a wall, where one is a reflection of the other.
