Location:

Boston, USA

Year:

2018

The streets of Boston are home to one of the biggest public interventions by Okuda San Miguel: “Air, sea and land”. Commissioned by Justkids for Seaport Boston, the work consists of a kaleidoscope of seven large sculptures. It was specifically designed to create a public art corridor along the city’s promenade. The installation explores some of Okuda’s favorite themes, such as the story of life, the coexistence of the past and present, and the mythical space in which the human world meets the animal kingdom.
